This 80-acre, master-planned biotech campus is located at the former Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. site in Pleasanton. The master plan is based on the premise that the site is a single campus, but divisible into identifiable components. This concept allows both single and multiple-use development of the site. Phase 1 was completed in 2003 and is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified at the Silver level.
