The Master Plan places residential neighborhoods, public facilities and environmental amenities in an oak woodland and open space context, to create a cohesive community.
Key features of this Plan include :
Six distinct residential communities; single-family neighborhoods, detached single family neighborhoods, multi-family community and senior housing.
An integrated open space system which combines extensive public trails, enhanced oak woodland areas, riparian drainage corridors, water quality basins, wildlife movement corridors and park facilities.
Public trail connections linking the on-site park facilities with the EBRPD regional trail to the north, and the existing Mill Creek Hollow Park to the south.
Transitional zones between residences, facilities and the oak woodlands.
A combined elementary school and community park adjoining a community church site.
The “village green” community focal point located within walking distance of each neighborhood and major public facilities within the project.
