Lucky Lake West is a master-planned development of luxury custom homes, a clubhouse/retail center, extensive open space system and lake access. We developed a comprehensive master plan with community components, land use concepts and landscape elements.
The three distinct luxurious neighborhoods with different densities and lot sizes are interwoven with extensive trails, parks and circulation spines. Each neighborhood has an identifiable central green space.
The views of the lake is preserved by offsetting lots, allowing views between homes.
The existing pine groves were preserved to retain the natural ambience.
