The master plan for the 38-acre waterfront park focuses on local history, the natural environment, maritime activities, and stewardship of the environment.
An extensive outreach program was conducted that extended to more than a thousand community members. The effort included public workshops, presentations to organizations, booths at local events, and an “Envision the Park” Fair. We created the Master Plan and construction documents for the entire site, as well as provided bid assistance and construction administration services.
