The master plan and streetscape system created an imageable campus that caters to the diversity of users and corporate environments. The plan included the revegetation of the arroyo that is located between the business park and the adjacent residential community, resulting in a beautiful natural buffer between the uses. A highly visible, kinetic fountain acts as the focal point for the business park which establishes a memorable entry image.
