This new office building is located on the former Circle Star Theater site. The focal courtyard, which is the centerpiece of this project, divides the two glass buildings which front I-238. It is reminiscent of a lush tropical garden, with a line of palm trees leading from the point of entrance through the central courtyard to the freeway. The courtyard is furnished with crafted garden tables and chairs. Visible from the freeway is a composition of 18-feet high granite columns draped in water. This water feature is also visible from the central courtyard and the point of entry.
