A luxurious neighborhood of only 26 units, this development will showcase homes that are nestled in lush bamboo groves. We presented various design alternatives, and through stages of refinement, a preferred master plan was generated that will provide a direction for future development.

Highlights:
A dramatic gateway linking the arrival bridge and the homes was created with an entry water feature, accent planting, preserved pine grove, special paving and dry creek with boulder scenery.
The central park features a multi-purpose meadow and an amphitheater with the pond as its backdrop.
Intimate courtyards that relate to existing creek corridors punctuate the neighborhood.
All the homes possess a vantage view of either the park, the larger lake or lush greenery of the surrounding hills.
