The model homes’ landscaping at Morgan Lane complements the French Country, Italian and Traditional architecture styles. The streetscape is enhanced with special paving, porches and pedestrian-scaled detailing. The compact backyards come alive with trellises, sculptural elements, ornamental pots and fountain, all of which are harmonized with lush planting, and resulting in protected, lived-in enclaves. We were honored with the 2004 MAME Award for Best Detached Community of the Year $450,000 - $750,000.
