Six themes (Traditional, Prairie, Cottage, Craftsman, Spanish and Farmhouse) were presented for the frontyard landscape which complement the residential architecture. Landscape elements, including the plant palette, site furniture and structures, were varied to reflect the different settings. The custom approach resulted in a personal, high-quality residential neighborhood. Prima won the 2001 MAME award for the Community of the Year priced over $700,000.
