The Lanes at the master planned Redbridge community are charming homes designed in six different themes ranging from Spanish to French Country styles. Landscape palettes with distinct characteristics were created to complement the architectural character. Landscape prototypes were provided to assist homeowners in achieving the desired effect. The Lanes was presented the 2001 MAME awards for the Best Landscape for a Model Complex under $525,000, as well as Community of the Year under $350,000.
