The Village Center is located at the entry to the Second Home Community. The shops and restaurants will serve the locals as well as visitors to the area.

We provided design development expertise with areas studies and images that illustrated the completed environment. A tower will be the entry landmark of the Village Center. The entry palm drive creates a formal arrival experience. Plazas will cater to outdoor dining and gathering. A staff dormitory, recreation courts and park will be located at the rear of the Village Center.
