Through a design competition, the campus project was awarded to Gates and Associates. Two new buildings were incorporated into the existing site, leading to the redesign of the pedestrian and vehicular circulation patterns.
A fountain plaza organizes the different facilities, and tree-lined promenades clearly link the plaza to more distant destinations. A gateway was created to instill the sense of arrival, and contribute to the overall cohesiveness of the college campus.
