The senior wing and recreation center, with its surrounding open spaces, integrate seamlessly with Leo Ryan Park along the shoreline. A promenade reinforced by trees and pedestrian lights connects the entries of the facilities.

The courtyard incorporates existing pine trees which are mature and high branching, preserving views of the lagoon.
